My AI Report Hasn't Arrived Yet

Why your weekly AI report might be delayed or missing, and where to find it in the app.


Weekly AI reports are generated every Sunday for the prior Monday–Friday period. If you're expecting a report but haven't seen it, here's what to check.

Check In-App First

Reports are always available in Reporting → Employee Reports, regardless of whether you received the email notification. Navigate there and look for the most recent weekly report entry.

Did You Submit Updates This Week?

Weekly reports are only generated for members who submitted at least one update during the week. If you had no submissions (or all days were marked on leave), no report is generated for that week.

Check Your Notification Settings

If the report exists in the app but you didn't receive an email, your email notification for Report Ready may be turned off.

Fix: Go to Settings → Notifications and make sure the Report Ready notification has email enabled. See Managing your notification preferences.

Reports Are Generated on Sunday

Reports are generated on Sunday covering Monday through Friday of the same week. If it's early Sunday or you're checking before the generation has run, the report may not be ready yet. Wait until Sunday evening in your timezone.

The Report Seems Incomplete

Weekly reports are generated from the structured data in your daily updates. If a report seems to be missing achievements or showing inaccurate information:

  • Check that your updates for that week were fully posted (not just in Pending Confirmation state)
  • Check that your updates had sufficient detail — very brief updates produce less specific reports
