I Didn't Receive My Invitation Email

What to do if you're expecting an invitation to join a Strova organization but the email hasn't arrived.


If someone invited you to Strova but you haven't received the invitation email, try the following steps.

Step 1 — Check Your Spam Folder

Invitation emails are sometimes filtered as spam or bulk mail. Search your inbox and spam folder for emails from Strova or from the domain usestrova.com.

Step 2 — Check the Correct Inbox

Make sure you're checking the email address your invite was sent to. Ask the person who invited you to confirm which email address they used.

Step 3 — Ask to Resend the Invitation

The admin or owner who invited you can resend the invitation:

  1. They go to Team Management → Employees → Invitations
  2. They find your pending invite
  3. They click Resend Invitation

A fresh invite email is sent immediately.

Step 4 — Wait a Few Minutes

Occasionally email delivery is delayed by a few minutes due to mail server processing. Wait 5–10 minutes and check again before asking for a resend.

Step 5 — Check if the Invite Was Cancelled

Pending invitations can be cancelled by admins. Ask your admin to check whether your invitation is still active in the Invitations list.

Still Not Receiving Emails?

If you've tried all of the above and still can't receive emails from Strova, there may be a domain-level email filter blocking Strova's sending domain. Ask your IT team to whitelist emails from usestrova.com or contact Strova support directly.
