My Update Didn't Post — What Do I Do?

Troubleshooting steps if your daily update isn't showing up on the DSM Board after you submitted it.


If you completed the AI conversation but your update isn't appearing on the DSM Board, here are the most common causes and fixes.

Check Your Update Status

  1. Go to Daily Updates in the sidebar.
  2. Look at your session status for today.
Status shownWhat it means
Pending ConfirmationYou completed the conversation but didn't click Post Update yet
PendingThe session hasn't been completed yet
PostedThe update was posted successfully — check the DSM Board date

I See "Pending Confirmation"

You finished the AI conversation but didn't confirm and post. Click Post Update to publish it. Your update will appear on the DSM Board immediately.

I See "Posted" But It's Not on the Board

  1. Make sure you're looking at the correct date on the DSM Board — use the date selector to navigate to today.
  2. Make sure you're on the correct team's board — if you belong to multiple teams, check each one.
  3. Try a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R).

If the update still isn't showing after a refresh, please contact support with your account email and the date of the missing update.

The Page Showed an Error When I Tried to Post

If you saw an error message when clicking Post Update:

  1. Don't navigate away — the session data is still there.
  2. Try clicking Post Update again.
  3. If the error persists, try refreshing the page — the conversation state is saved and you should be able to resume.
  4. If the update is still stuck after refreshing, contact support.

I Accidentally Closed the Tab

Your session is automatically saved as you go. Return to Daily Updates and you'll find your session in Pending Confirmation state with all your conversation history intact. Click Post Update to publish.
