Board features

Everything managers need. Nothing extra.

Built for speed — load the board, see the status, identify blockers, done.

Live status at a glance

See who's posted their update and who hasn't — in real time. Pending, Posted, and On Leave sections update as submissions come in.

Structured entries, every time

Every update is formatted into Yesterday / Today / Blockers. No more parsing Slack threads or guessing what someone actually worked on.

Navigate any past day

Use the date picker to review any day's board instantly. The calendar highlights dates with full coverage (green) and partial coverage (yellow).

Multi-team support

Switch between teams with one click. Each team has its own board, its own schedule, and its own history — all in one interface.

Threaded comments & @mentions

Reply to an update, ask a follow-up, or @mention a teammate directly on the board card. No need to context-switch to Slack.

Zero manual aggregation

The board is populated automatically by the AI agent. Managers spend zero time chasing updates or copying them from Slack into a doc.

vs. A Slack standup channel

Without Strova

  • Scroll through 50 Slack messages to find who hasn't posted
  • No structure — everyone writes differently
  • Blockers buried in a wall of text
  • No history — archives disappear
  • Manager spends 20 min every morning aggregating

With Strova

  • Pending / Posted / On Leave sections, instantly visible
  • Every update in the same Yesterday / Today / Blockers format
  • Blockers surfaced automatically and highlighted
  • Full history — browse any past day
  • Manager opens the board and is done in 2 minutes
