Personal Schedule Overrides
How individual members can set their own working schedule that overrides both the team and org defaults.
Individual members can configure their own working schedule to override both the team and org defaults. This is useful for members with non-standard hours, part-time schedules, or different working days than the rest of the team.
Where to Configure Personal Overrides
Go to Settings → Profile → Schedule.
What Can Be Overridden
- Working days — Your personal working days (e.g. Monday–Thursday if part-time)
- Working hours — Your start and end times
- DSM cutoff time — Your personal submission deadline
- Grace period — Your personal buffer after the cutoff
How Personal Overrides Work
Personal overrides have the highest priority in the schedule hierarchy:
- Individual override ← highest priority
- Team override
- Org default ← fallback
When a personal override is set, Strova uses those values to determine your working days and timeliness scoring — regardless of what the team or org has configured.
Clearing Personal Overrides
To revert to your team's or org's defaults, go to Settings → Profile → Schedule and click Reset to Defaults. Each field can also be cleared individually.
Note for Admins
Admins can view but not edit another member's personal schedule overrides — those belong to the individual. If a member's timeliness scores seem inconsistent, ask them to check their personal override settings.
