Starting Your Free Trial
Everything you need to know about Strova's 15-day free trial — what's included, how it works, and what happens when it ends.
Every new Strova organization starts with a 15-day free trial. You get full access to the plan you choose — no credit card required to start.
What's Included in the Trial
Your trial gives you complete access to either the Startup or Business plan — whichever you selected during onboarding. There are no feature restrictions during the trial period.
- Full AI-guided daily updates
- DSM Board for your team(s)
- KPI scoring and weekly reports
- All plan-specific features (readonly members, project hours on Business)
How to Start Your Trial
The trial begins automatically when you complete the onboarding wizard and select a plan. The 15-day clock starts from that moment.
You can see your trial status and days remaining at any time in Settings → Billing.
Adding a Payment Method
You can add a payment method at any time during the trial — doing so doesn't charge you until the trial ends. To add one:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Add Payment Method
- Enter your card details
If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, your account moves to a read-only state and daily update submissions are paused until you subscribe.
What Happens When the Trial Ends
When your 15-day trial expires:
- If you have an active subscription: Everything continues normally.
- If you haven't subscribed: Your account enters a readonly state. Existing data is preserved but members can't submit new updates. You can reactivate at any time by adding a payment method and subscribing.
Trial Extensions
If you need more time, contact us — trial extensions are available on a case-by-case basis.
Switching Plans During the Trial
You can switch between Startup and Business at any time during the trial. Go to Settings → Billing and select a different plan. The switch is instant and free — no charge until the trial ends.
